DESCRIPTION

This revolutionary new mobile timing device is specifically designed for long distance timing (skiing, mountain biking, other linear sports where the starts are a long way from the finishes) using cellular networks and cloud-based results hosting via Alge-results.com. You setup an event in advance on the Alge server, and every start and finish impulse from the MT1 units automatically updates the cloud server in real time. The built-in cellular SIM data chip in the MT1 device automatically works on any cellular network that is available — the fees are paid via an Alge “Timing Points” account you setup in advance. With an MT1 at the start and finish, the devices are automatically synchronized to the time of day using built-in GPS. It has two timing channels with 1/100,000 sec. resolution. Automatic upload and backup to the internet renders a paper printer obsolete. If necessary, the start number can be entered in backup or memo mode. The MT1 has a built-in Li-Ion battery and is charged via a USB-C socket. Perfect for long range sports. The free Alge Time.NET Connector Software connects the alge-results.com server with your evaluation software. Every new MT1 device comes with 2000 Timing Points preloaded. If no cellular network is available you can still time the event and download the start & finish data later to a PC via the included USB-C cable.
